This is why I created Sustainable Change Fitness.
I am a health coach and certified personal trainer driven by a passion to help individuals 55 and older build sustainable lifestyle habits that will significantly improve function and movement.
I’ve spent most of my career in a professional role within the optical industry helping people see and feel better about themselves.
A mentor once told me, “Never lose your sense of humor”. Great advice for almost everything in life. With a positive attitude you can do almost anything you put your mind to!
For me, being outside participating in endurance activities, such as cycling, running, swimming, and hiking allows me to de-stress and clear my mind, while building strength.
This includes the Chicago marathon, century bicycle rallies, including the Texas Hotter’N Hell Hundred, The World’s Most Beautiful Bike ride in Tahoe, and many others.
If you want to move from frustration to confidence when it comes to your health, it starts with small sustainable actions toward healthy habits.
