We’ll take the complicated and make it easy to understand. Learning how to add more whole, unprocessed foods to your nutrition choices.

The goal is to become a little bit better everyday at making small changes to your food choices. Consistency is key, not perfection!

STEP #1: DISCOVERY CALL

    • Share your current nutrition habits

    • Discover what you want to achieve

    • Address any questions, concerns

    • Confirm meeting location for Initial Consultation

    • Establish next steps

    STEP #2: INITIAL CONSULTATION

      • Build upon our discovery call

      • Discuss current lifestyle habits

      • Review 3-day food journal (to be completed beforehand)

      • Complete intake paperwork

      • Review completed assessment forms

      • Identify areas of opportunities for change

      • Set realistic expectations

      STEP #3: BEGIN HEALTHY HABITS – TURNING PLANS INTO ACTION

      VIRTUAL COACHING

       

      Weekly Touch Point (30 MIN)

      • Review of the prior week’s meals

      • Even a 10% effort can get results

      • Celebrate successes

      • Focus on building habits that leave you feeling confident

      • Discuss next steps for the week ahead based on your experience from the previous week

      • Notes provided from our discussion via email to keep you focused and motivated

      Change is a process.  This program is designed to help you on your journey to better health. Replacing frustration with confidence through small actions toward healthy habits.

      Recommend at least a 3-month commitment:

      • To begin building sustainable healthy routines & show progress toward your personal goals.
      • Includes a 3-month performance scorecard comparing your baseline to current progress.
